Ernest R. Sawyer, Enterprises Inc. was founded in 1992 and incorporated in the State of Illinois. ERS provides consulting services for public and private sector clients assisting those clients on variety of policy issues that include, policy programmatic planning issues, management consulting, affirmative action, transportation planning, community relations, employee placement, development planning, career planning and Tax Increment Financing Consulting.

practice includes MBE/WBE participation in sub contracting and training for local residents and apprenticeship programs. ERS Enterprises provided the affirmative action program for the Homan Square Development. The program includes MBE/WBE participation, monitoring and job training. Presently the firm is providing MBE/WBE and Project Management for the Land Bank Company for a 260 residential development. The firm has experience in working with the Chicago Housing Authority on the Robert Taylor, Stateway Garden and its Senoir Housing Prime Design Consulting. ERS has worked closely with the City of Chicago Department of housing for the implementation of the Affirmative Action requirements of its funded programs.
