Founder & CEO
Ernest founded ERS Enterprises, Inc. in 1994 after retiring as Deputy Executive Director of Planning, Marketing and Development for the Chicago Transit Authority.
In the past nearly 30 years, Ernest has grown ERS to advise and manage over $5 billion in transformative projects.

Senior Strategy and Finance Consultant
Randall Sawyer is a Strategic Advisor, Transformational Leader and Finance Professional specializing in Capital Markets, Finance, Risk, Technology and Compliance. Randall has 20+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including 10 years of his career with Morgan Stanley and 10 years as a Senior Leader and Partner in Management Consulting. His focus has been on developing and delivering innovative solutions for risk and control, technology implementations, program management, data analytics, and systems transformation.
Randall has led multiple programs in New York, Chicago, and London that have had global impact creating efficiency, process improvements, regulatory compliance, and cost savings. He has shown that he is able to manage challenges and deliver results while leading large global teams. Randall has worked with Front and Middle Office, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology leadership to oversee and manage multiple large-scale transformation projects.
Randall has a comprehensive technology background with a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics concentrating in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Additionally, Randall is a board member and former chair of the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts (MoCADA), CEO/Founder of Chatham Avalon Ventures, and an award-winning executive producer for Front Stoop Productions, a film and theatre company. He strives to provide enriching entertainment outlets, which afford opportunities for networking, cultural appreciation, and original entertainment.
